As you can imagine, when it comes to emotions we did not really focus on the positives with this campaign, but it got a ton of links at the time and I did not deconstruct it properly until now. The investigation went as follows:
Product theme: Private number plates (Some funny number plate content but enough for a campaign)
That’s when I started going out for lifestyle ambitions.
Secondary issue 1: Celebrity Cars (Many Articles Produced)
Secondary issue 2: Soccer cars (Lots of content + lots of reactions to comments)
When I analyzed the comments of these articles, I understood why it was so popular with publishers.
They led the people crazy.
There was also an element of competitiveness and permanence.
I realized that people read these articles and they were automatically compared, so why not make the comparison literally with a calculator?
I really think that if you can get through this phase with an idea associated with successful topics that touches 1-2 emotions, you are already on your way to running a winning campaign.
It’s one step I have taken before each campaign I run.
